Privacy and your order

Your name, phone, email and the number of boxes you order. That is it. It is used to bake your box, send your confirmations and reach you about pickup, and for nothing else. Your details are never sold, rented or shared, and there are no ad trackers or pixels on this page. Reply to your confirmation email and your details are deleted.

By placing an order you are committing to pay the total shown in your confirmation. Payment is by Interac e transfer to Bakedbyalannah95@gmail.com, with your order number in the note. Orders close Wednesday and pickup is Saturday in southwest Calgary. The pickup address is never posted publicly, it comes with the payment confirmation.

Once your box is handed over, or once the Saturday window ends without collection, the box is yours and so is everything that happens to it from that point on. Handle it and enjoy it the way you normally would, and store it the way you normally store fresh baking. If something comes up and you cannot make pickup, reply before the window closes and she will do what she can to work it out with you.

Every box is baked by hand in a home kitchen in Calgary, Alberta, in small batches. Small differences in size, colour and fill between boxes are normal and part of it.
